Step Outside:

Through a five bar gate, drive on to the front of the property where there is plentiful parking and the pretty whitewashed bungalow sits straight ahead.  There is access to both sides of the bungalow to the rear patio.  To the right side is a small shed and a couple of steps lead up to the fenced patio from where you can really appreciate the superb view across the fields and countryside beyond.  Lovely!

Step Inside:

Through the front door, step into a small entrance porch where to the right is a useful cloakroom fitted with a WC and wash basin.  A further door takes you to the hallway where the bedrooms and bathroom sit to the right and the living room and kitchen are to the left.  There is also a useful airing cupboard which houses the hot water cylinder.

The two double bedrooms both have windows to the rear and have that lovely view and natural light streaming in.  The bathroom is fitted with a bath and thermostatic shower over, a close coupled WC, wash basin and white towel radiator.  The window to the front keeps things nice and light.

The living room is a fantastic space spanning the depth of the property.  Sliding French doors lead out to the patio and a slate fire surround has an electric fire within creating a focal point for this sunny room.

Step through into the kitchen diner.  Another spacious room, this like the lounge spans the depth of the bungalow.  The kitchen area is to the left and is fitted with a range of base and wall units in a rustic pine style with dark laminate worktops.

For cooking there is a four ring electric hob and extractor above.  An electric oven is fitted at eye level and there is also a semi-integrated dishwasher and a free standing washing machine. The stainless steel sink and drainer is set beneath the window and has a chrome style mixer tap.

There is ample room for dining and another window allows you to take in the view.  The upvc door to the side allows access outside and vinyl flooring makes for an easy clean.

This property has night storage heating and the benefit of double glazing throughout.  The council tax band is C and there are mains electricity and water.  Drainage is via a septic tank.

Peach Thoughts:

This lovely bungalow is extremely tidy and well maintained and would be ideal for a couple who want to be rural but not isolated.  The views are fantastic and lots of natural light streams in.  Chapel Amble and its super pub is just a hop, skip and jump up the road and Wadebridge with all its amenities is simply a few minutes away by car.  We think this will prove very popular!  What do you think?
