Step inside:

...to a neutrally decorated and carpeted, open-plan living room where the vaulted ceiling and windows to each side of the room, create a lovely feeling of space and light.

The kitchen area is at the far end of the room on the right and is fitted into the corner with a range of base and wall units in a cream shaker style, laminate worktops and a tiled splash-back. For cooking, there is a stainless steel electric oven, a ceramic hob and a stainless steel chimney hood and a Velux window above lets more light in.

The bathroom is also on this floor and is a lovely one! A roll top bath with a hand held shower attachment sits to the left and there’s a chunky period style pedestal wash basin with chrome taps and a close coupled WC.

A chrome ladder towel radiator is fitted to one wall and tongue and groove panelling lends yet more character.  A cupboard houses the washer dryer and a further cupboard space provides useful storage space. Downstairs are the two double bedrooms, both with neutral décor and carpets.

Step outside:

...where to the side of the cottage is the parking area. Directly outside the front door is a smart patio area enclosed by a dwarf wall and there’s also an area of lawn to the side of this.

Bill package of £250 will be added to monthly rent; includes Council Tax, electricity, water, oil, Broadband and garden maintenance - details on enquiry.

Peach Thoughts:

We love this. It’s so charming! There is masses of character and the location is quiet yet not far from town. The cottage is very well maintained and ticks a lot of boxes with the garden areas and parking. What do you think?
