Landlord Fees & Costs

 Peach offers three levels of service:

1. Gold 

This is for the Landlord who wants peace of mind knowing their property is compliant with all current legislation and safety guidelines and wants it fully managed on an on-going basis by a team who care about their property as much as they do. 

Set Up Fee:                 50% of the first month’s rent Inc. VAT (subject to a minimum of £250). The set-up fee covers the entire marketing of the property, drawing up and issuing the Tenancy Agreement, deposit processing before and after the Tenancy. 

Management Fee:      12% plus VAT (14.4%) – taken from the monthly rent.

2. Platinum 

This is for the Landlord who not only wants peace of mind knowing their property is compliant and fully managed, but is looking for a service that covers them against all eventualities that may arise during the lifetime of their Tenancy. It’s a ‘belt and braces’ approach for Landlords whose lifestyle is either too busy, or whose circumstances do not allow, a hands-on approach to their rental investment. The Platinum package includes within its fee an additional service package worth £725.00.  Please Note: Peach asks that all Overseas Landlords or those with HMO’s are Platinum due to the additional work involved in managing these properties.

Set Up Fee:                 50% of the first month’s rent Inc. VAT (subject to a minimum of £250)

The set-up fee covers marketing of the property, drawing up and issuing the Tenancy Agreement, deposit processing before and after the Tenancy.

Management Fee:      15% plus VAT (18%) – taken from the monthly rent.

 

3. Tenant Find 

For experienced Landlords only who just want help finding the right Tenant.  Landlords will be asked to sign a Disclaimer to qualify for this service.

Cost:  90% Inc. VAT of the first month’s rent received, with a minimum fee of £360 Inc. VAT with no set-up fee charged.
