Platinum Service

This is for the Landlord who not only wants peace of mind knowing their property is compliant and fully managed, but is looking for a service that covers them against all eventualities that may arise during the lifetime of their Tenancy. It’s a ‘belt and braces’ approach for Landlords whose lifestyle is either too busy, or whose circumstances do not allow, a hands-on approach to their rental investment. The Platinum package includes within its fee an additional service package worth £725.00.  Please Note: Peach asks that all Overseas Landlords or those with HMO’s are Platinum due to the additional work involved in managing these properties.

The Platinum package includes all the services provided with the Gold, plus the following (worth an additional £725):

  • Rent Review and Tenancy Renewals – conducting annual rent review, liaising with Tenant and Landlord, drawing up Memorandum of Agreement to sign (usual fee £200 Inc. VAT)

  • Deposit Dispute Handling – to include compiling of paperwork up to a maximum of 2 hours (usual fee £120 Inc. VAT)

  • Section 8 Notice – to include taking legal advice, drawing up the document, sending it via the post with proof of posting or hand delivery, compiling statement of truth – all evidenced, plus liaison with solicitor and the provision of all documentation required in preparation for court (usual fee £250 Inc. VAT)

  • Section 21 Notice - to include taking legal advice, drawing up the document, sending it via the post with proof of posting or hand delivery – all evidenced (usual fee £120 Inc. VAT)

  • Free Floorplans included in marketing (usual fee £35.00 Inc. VAT)
