TENANT PERMITTED PAYMENTS
Pets are by individual negotiation. However, if pets are accepted on application there will be a pet rent rate applicable per calendar month from the start of the tenancy.
A comprehensive Pet Policy will be included in the Tenancy Agreement and it is requested that its Terms and Conditions of the Pet Policy are strictly adhered to. A Pet Information Form will need to be completed and returned to Peach Lettings before the Tenancy commences to keep on file.
Holding Deposit: Equivalent to one week's rent, to secure property. This will go towards the first month's rent. However, if you provide false or misleading information which reasonably affects the Landlord’s decision to let the Property to you, or if you fail a right to rent check, or if you withdraw from the proposed agreement, or if you fail to take all reasonable steps to enter an agreement when the Landlord has done so, we will retain your holding deposit. In the event that we intend to retain your holding deposit, we will set out in writing the reason for this within 7 days of either deciding not to enter the tenancy agreement or the Deadline for Agreement.
Changes to Tenancy
£50 incl. VAT administration fee for any changes to the Tenancy (when requested by the tenant).
A request for early termination (only when agreed in writing from the Landlord), will be charged at £50 incl. VAT plus any additional and reasonable costs (as agreed with Landlord).
Lost Keys / Security Devices Replacement will be charged at cost to the Tenant.
Late Rental Payments Peach Lettings reserves the right to charge interest on any amounts of Rent due and in arrears by in excess of 14 days at the rate of 3% above the Bank of England annual base rate calculated on a day to day basis from the date that the same shall become due until payment in full is made.
